As the temperatures drop, we’re here to help you stay warm, safe, and well this winter. As part of our Winter Warmth Campaign, we’re giving out free winter warmth packs at selected drop-in clinics across the region.

Each region will have its own designated drop-in clinic, making it easier for everyone to collect a pack and get helpful energy advice from our team.

Where to Pick Up Your Winter Warmth Pack

Here’s where you can find your nearest drop in clinic:

Torbay: Torbay Energy Advice Centre, Parkfield House, 38 Esplanade Road, Paignton, TQ3 2NH. We are open Tuesdays 10am-3pm
Exeter: ECOE Advice Drop-in, 1st Floor, Longbrook House, New North Road, Exeter, EX4 4LG
East Devon: Honiton Foodbank, The King’s Centre, Lee’s Building, High Street, Honiton, EX14 1DH-throughout November, 1st Tuesday of the month – 12.30pm – 2.30pm
Mid Devon: Cullompton Foodbank, Cullompton Community Centre, Pye Corner Cullompton Devon EX15 1JX – Last Friday every month, 9.30am – 11.30am

These packs are completely free and designed to help you stay comfortable through the colder months.
