We’re really pleased to share that ECOE Advice drop-in sessions are now open at our NEW Exeter ECOE Advice in the heart of Exeter, giving local residents a warm, welcoming space to get free, practical support.
Whether you’re worried about energy bills, keeping your home warm, or just want to understand what support is available, our friendly team will be there to help.

10:00am – 3:00pm
Our team of trained advisors will be on hand to chat through your situation, answer your questions and come up with a plan of practical solutions to help your household. No appointment needed – just pop in and let’s talk about how we can help you feel more comfortable at home.

📍 1st Floor, Longbrook House, New North Road, Exeter, EX4 4GL
Come to the 1st Floor reception of the shared office space and ask for the ECOE Advice team. You will be shown to our drop-in centre.
By bus: The closest bus stop is Portland House (Stop 35) – right on Longbrook Street (very short walk to us!). Paris Street bus stops are 3–4 minutes’ walk away.
By train: The closest train station is Exeter Central, use the New North Road exit.
