Open schemes

We’re pleased to introduce the support schemes now open to eligible residents through our home energy advice visits. These initiatives offer practical help with energy efficiency, household costs, and essential appliance replacements.

  • Boiler Tune-Up Scheme Free boiler servicing, including minor repairs and heating control checks. Available to residents with boilers under 10 years old who haven’t had a service in the past 12 months.
  • HIVE Smart Heating Controls Helping households cut fuel costs and improve efficiency with smart heating controls. Open to eligible homeowners and private renters.
  • LEAP Boiler Replacement Scheme Free boiler replacement for eligible homeowners whose current boiler is broken beyond repair, leaving them with no heating.
  • White Goods Replacement Scheme – Swap out broken or very inefficient appliances such as washing machines, fridge freezers, electric cookers, tumble dryers, or air fryers. Reminder to not throw away the old appliance — it will be collected and recycled for free as part of the scheme.
