Warm, healthy homes Kings Ash

We’re delighted to share that ECOE Advice is now up and running with a brand‑new project in Kings Ash, thanks to a partnership with Sanctuary Housing. This means more home visits, more support and more chances for local residents to get the help they need to stay warm, safe and well.

Everyone deserves a warm, healthy home. At ECOE Advice, we’re here to help make that a reality – one household at a time.

We know how overwhelming energy bills, cold homes, confusing tariffs or fuel debts can feel. You’re not alone – and you don’t have to face it alone either. As a trusted Devon‑based charity, our team offers free, impartial, expert advice to help you reduce your bills and feel more comfortable at home.

What happens during a home visit

If you are eligable you may be able to book a home visit where we can offer lots more advice and support.  One of our friendly team members will arrange a time that suits you. When they come round, they’ll take the time to understand your home and your day‑to‑day life, so they can find practical solutions that genuinely help.

A visit might include:

• Fitting simple energy‑saving measures

• Helping you understand your bills, tariffs or SMART devices

• Checking whether you’re eligible for grants or funding for bigger improvements

• Offering support to get on top of fuel debts

• Talking through ways to stay warm, safe and well through the colder months

It’s personal, practical and always tailored to you.

Ready to make your home warmer and healthier?

There are three easy ways to get support:

• Come to a drop-in at the Crafty Fox or Kings Ash Community Centre – no appointment needed
